The service was horrible, staff had attitudes, and they lied about my check in time and caused me to wait a couple hours after I originally checked in. The toilet was broken, No AC, and no TV worked. They did nothing to help
and I checked out asap and still got stuck paying for 1 night. I will never book here again or suggest anyone to book here. comfort We stayed full board in October (off season) and during COVID-19. The entrance and ground floor look to have been recently revamped. The included lunch and evening meal were excellent and the house wines had great flavours. Breakfast could have been better. The COVID Safety measures were not the greatest as masses of people in
groups before meals and lots of people refilling disposable water bottles at the water dispenser. The out door pools were not clean or heated. No indoor pools. The sandy beach was brilliant with great waves for surfing. The rooms had a good layout. With thin walls hence noisy at night time. Exterior walls could do with being repainted.
